On Wednesday night, a Wheel of Fortune contestant named Emil stunned host Pat Sajak and viewers when he correctly guessed the answer to a tough bonus round puzzle on his first try.
The puzzle was a three word phrase and only had two letters filled in. Emil had 10 seconds to solve it.
“This looks tough to me,” Sajak even remarked to the contestant. “You’re a very good puzzle solver, but I don’t know…”
However, the puzzle proved to be not so difficult for Emil. Within seconds, his first guess of “new baby buggy” turned out to be the correct answer. As a result, he won $45,000.
“I’m rather stunned,” Sajak exclaimed, as he jokingly patted the contestant down afterwards to make sure he didn’t cheat.
