Fox announced on Monday that teen idol Demi Lovato will host this year’s upcoming Teen Choice Awards.
This will be the first time the new X-Factor judge has ever hosted the show. Lovato is nominated for four awards, including the Choice Summer Song and Choice Love Song for “Give Your Heart a Break.”
Also nominated for Choice Summer Song is Justin Bieber with his song “All Around the World” featuring Ludacris.
Bieber along with label-mate Carly Rae Jespen, Flo Rida and No Doubt are scheduled to perform. Jersey Shore’s Pauly D will be on the turntables while Cat Deeley, Miley Cyrus, Zooey Deschanel and Ellen DeGeneres will present the night’s awards.
The Teen Choice Awards airs on FOX on Sunday, July 22 at 8/7c.
