Twenty-four students were transported to a local hospital after a stage collapsed during a performance on Saturday night
More than 200 students from Servite High School and Rosary High School were singing and dancing on stage when the front section of the platform gave way. Fortunately, the students suffered from minor injures such as scrapes, bruises and broken bones.
“Our thoughts and prayers are with the students and their families,”said Servite High School in a statement.
The cause of the stage collapse is under investigation.
