As Lady Gaga’s ARTPOP release date crawls closer, our visions of what the album will sound like becomes blurrier. In a new rehearsal video, the singer gives her Little Monsters a preview of her new single “Swine,” the latest off her highly-anticipated ARTPOP album.
The one-minute clip is a teaser for Gaga’s headline appearance at London’s Roundhouse on Monday as part of the month-long iTunes Festival. It opens with Gaga seated at a keyboard singing, “I know, I know, I know you want me/You’re just a pig inside a human body,” as her band patiently waits their turn to chime in. “Squeal-a, squeal-a, squeal-a you’re so disgusting!”
Unlike the dance-pop feel of the album’s first single “Applause,” Gaga’s new track is surprisingly a rock-heavy tune. The track will leave you antsy and anxious to know what new sounds Lady GaGa’s new album will hold.
ARTPOP is slated for release on November 11th.
