Chris Brown could potentially be facing up to 4 years in prison for breaking probation. The singer is currently under investigation for “snatching” a woman’s cell phone in Florida. Officials will be keeping a close eye on Brown, but as of now an arrest warrant has not been issued.
The same L.A. District Attorney who issued Brown 5 years probation after the abuse charges for beating up then-girlfriend Rihanna will be handling this case, should the County Probation Department decide action should be taken. This all comes after the recent release of “Birthday Cake,” the first single in which Rihanna has collaborated with Brown since their trial in 2009.
