With the release of Ariana Grande’s debut album Yours Truly and Tamar Braxton’s Love and War, the two are now in a face off for the top stop on the Billboard 200 chart.
Grande’s Yours Truly is projected to sell between 115,000 to 120,000 copies thank to the success of its lead single “The Way” featuring Mac Miller. Tamar Braxton, youngest sister of R&B icon Toni Braxton, is on track to sell 110,000 to 115,000 copies of Love and War.
As of right now, the race is too early to predicted, and could go either way. Official chart and sales figures will be released later this week.
