Samuel L. Jackson on Cussing at Goose the Cat, Playing a Younger Nick Fury

Samuel L. Jackson reprises his role as Agent Nick Fury.

Samuel L. Jackon’s portrayal of Nick Fury is one of the most iconic characters in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. In Captain Marvel, he plays a younger version of the character in a world where Nick Fury didn’t believe in aliens and super heros. BackstageOL traveled to Los Angeles to talk to Jackson about the role and acting with Goose the Cat.

The film’s synopsis:

Set in 1995, Captain Marvel follows Carol Danvers, a former U.S. Air Force fighter pilot, as she turns into one of the galaxy’s mightiest heroes and joins Starforce, an elite Kree military team, before returning home with questions about her past and identity when Earth is caught in the center of a galactic conflict between two alien worlds.
