T.J. Jackson, the son of Tito Jackson, has been named temporary guardian of Michael Jackson’s children. Katherine Jackson no longer has guardianship of Michael’s three kids.
T.J. and his lawyer, Charles Shultz, were advised by Judge Mitch Beckloff to seek a permanent guardianship due to stories that Katherine may have been held against her will “from third parties.”
T.J. told the judge he recieved a strange phone call from Katherine. “I’ve never heard my grandmother talk like that,” TJ said. “She wasn’t sharp. The pauses, choice of vocabulary … she has not used certain phrases like that before.”
The change in guardianship is supported by Paris, Prince, and Blanket, as well as Michael Jackson’s billion dollar estate.
The judge said Katherine was not suspended for wrongdoing, but that she was prevented from doing her guardianship by the “third parties” who is likely Michael Jacksons siblings Randy, Janet, Jermaine and Rebbie.
