Former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Camille Grammer has filled a restraining order against her boyfriend, Dimitri Charalambopoulos, a lawyer in the state of Texas, after claiming he physically abused her five days after she had endometrial cancer surgery.
The incident accrued around 2 A.M. while the two were inside their hotel room in Houston, TX. Reports are saying Charalambopoulos began receiving texts and calls from an unknown woman which ignited an argument between the two that escalated into a physical altercation.
According to Grammer, “[He] squeezed my nose between his finger and pushed upward forcefully, covering my mouth in an attempt to silence me to prevent me from breathing,” and “[He was] repeatedly slamming my head and face into the furniture and completely immobilizing me.”
The reality star is also calming that Charalambopoulos began taunting her about calling the police by saying, “I wanna smash your head in. I’ll give you a reason to call the cops.”
A judge has granted Grammer a temporary restraining order that requires Charalambopoulos to stay at least 100 yards away from the former reality star or her two children.
A hearing for November 19th will determine if the restraining order will be made permanent.
