‘Sesame Street’ Launches Kid-Friendly Streaming Service

Sesame Workshop, the non-profit educational organization behind Sesame Street, has launched its own kid friendly streaming service called Sesame Go.

For $3.99 per month or $29.99 a year, users will have access to the browser-based service which includes hundreds of new and classic episodes of the show, as well as access to the the animated series Pinky Dinky Doo.

The VOD includes larger buttons and brighter colors, “Sesame Go’s video player was specially customized with little hands in mind,” the company explains. Along with an interface designed specifically for children, the cheaper price tag appears to make Sesame Go more appealing to parents.

For now, the service is only available in the US and is compatible with Mac, Windows and mobile devices.
