Troubled Real World star Joey Kovar was found dead at a friend’s home in Chicago this morning. The 29-year-old reality star has had a past history of drug related issues and the family is not ruling out a possible drug overdose.
Kovar’s television debut was on The Real World: Hollywood in 2008. During the show he battled with alcoholism and had to enter a 30-day treatment program midway through the season. In 2010, Kovar appeared on Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew to continue his rehabilitation of cocaine and ecstasy.
Joey posted his last tweet yesterday saying, “Do not let what you cannot do interfere with what you can do.”
