Kirstie Alley Joins Cast of ‘Scream Queens’

Comedian and actress Kirstie Alley will become one of the Scream Queens!

The former Cheers star will be a series regular for season two of Fox’s horror comedy Scream Queens. Season two will take place at a hospital, marking a major shift from season one’s sorority house setting. According to Fox, Alley will portray a “brilliant and devious administrator” at the hospital and will be joining a cast that includes Jamie Lee Curtis, Emma Roberts, Billie Lourd, Lea Michele, Abigail Breslin, Glen Powell, Niecy Nash, and Keke Palmer. John Stamos and Taylor Lautner will also be joining the cast this season.

Alley, an Emmy and Golden Globe winner, most recently guest-starred in the Netflix series Flaked and starred in TV Land’s Kirstie.

Season two of Scream Queens premieres Tuesday, September 20 at 8pm CST on Fox.
