The late “Sopranos” actor James Gandolfini has left the majority of his $70 million fortune to his family.
Gandolfini’s will, dated from December 19, shows that his now 13-year-old son, Michael, will receive the largest bulk of his estate through a trust fund once he turns 21. His infant daughter, Liliana, will share his Italian villa with her older brother once she turns 25.
“It is my hope and desire that they will continue to own said property and keep it in our family for as long as possible,” Gandolfini wrote in his will.
The majority of the remainder of Gandolfini’s estate will go to his two sisters and wife Deborah Lin. It has not been announced how much money was left for them but it is said to be in the millions. The “Sopranos” star also left $500,000 for each of his nieces, $200,000 for his assistant and $100,000 for his godson.
Gandolfini died suddenly on June 19 after suffering a heart attack while vacationing in Italy. He was 51-years-old.
