One of the drivers from the Discovery Channel spinoff Ice Road Truckers: Deadliest Roads has been charged with kidnapping, extortion and coercion after hiring a Las Vegas prostitute.
The incident occurred on December 19, 2013 when Tim Zickuhr hired Las Vegas prostitute Lisa Cadeau, who goes by the name “Snow White.” After giving Cadeau his ATM card to pay her for her services, the two reportedly got into an altercation over the intended amount. After Cadeau allegedly withdrew an excess $1,000, Zickuhr threatened to kill her if she didn’t pay him back. He then reportedly punched her in the face before tying her down to a chair with backpack straps and dumping a bucket of cold water on her. Cadeau was then locked inside a closet and ordered to give Zickuhr the number of a person who could repay the $1,000 that he believed was owed to him. Unknown to Zickuhr, Cadeau gave him the number of a police officer she was a citizen informant for.
Zickuhr then called the officer (unknown to him) to set up a meeting to receive his money while Cadeau could be heard screaming in the background. This resulted in Zickuhr’s neighbors calling the cops after hearing the woman screaming. When the Las Vegas police department arrived at his apartment, a nervous Zickuhr then forced Cadeau to jump out of his second-story window onto a carport so he wouldn’t get caught. He then met with the man who he’d been negotiating payment with and was subsequently arrested.
Once in custody, Zickuhr admitted to all of the crimes and claimed he was going to keep Cadeau locked up in order to make money off her on Craigslist. He is scheduled to appear in court on May 6 in Clark County, Nevada.
