The Emmy-award winning political drama “House of Cards” returned for its second season on Friday (Feb. 14), exciting many of the show’s already existing fans and hooking tons of new viewers.

The drama series premiered on Netflix early Friday morning, and within a 7-10 hour period a whopping 16% of Netflix subscribers had streamed at least one episode of the second season of “House of Cards,” according to data provided by broadband technology firm Procera Networks.
