Chord Overstreet Returns to ‘Glee’ for Final Season

Fox’s comedy-drama series Glee will be kicking off its sixth and final season in 2015, but information about the plot and characters has been kept secret. However, Chord Overstreet, who plays the character of Sam Evans, has confirmed he will be in the final 13 episodes of the series.

“I assume I will be in all of the episodes,” Overstreet told E! News at the premiere of The Expendables 3. He was not able to share details about his storyline, but did say that he knows he is “back in Ohio at the school.”

“I know the writers are three to four episodes in right now and from what I’ve heard it’s really fun stuff,” he added.

Other cast members who are confirmed to appear in the final season of Glee are stars Lea Michele, Chris Colfer, and Darren Criss. Naya Rivera will also return, but will have a smaller role since she is no longer a series regular.
