Former American Idol winners Carrie Underwood and Scotty McCreery win at this years 11th annual 2012 CMT Country Music Awards on Wednesday June 6, 2012.
Carrie Underwood winner of the 5th season of American Idol won “VIDEO OF THE YEAR” for her music video “Good Girl”. Carrie also took home a “COLLABORATIVE VIDEO OF THE YEAR” award that she won with Brad Paisley for the song “Remind Me”.
Scotty McCreery winner of the 10th season of American Idol won “USA WEEKEND BREAKTHROUGH VIDEO OF THE YEAR” for his music video “The Trouble With Girls”, which the 18-year old filmed at his high school in his hometown Garner, NC.
