HOUSTON (FOX 26) – The Galveston Island Battle of the Badges will feature 15 boxing matches between law enforcement officers and emergency first responders from the Galveston Police Department, Galveston Fire Department, Galveston County Sheriff’s Office and other agencies.
The event takes place at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 8 at the Moody Gardens Convention Center with proceeds to benefit area charitable organizations.
