R&B singer/songwriter Frank Ocean will join Coldplay on 10 dates beginning Aug. 28 in Copenhagen.
Coldplay’s European tour kicks off May 18 and is set to play at venues like Denmark’s Parken Stadium, which has a capacity of over 38,000 seats. The newcomer released his Nostalgia, Ultra mixtape over a year ago and it featured a cover of Coldplay’s “Strawberry Swing.” He has had radio success with his single “Novacane” and has written/produced for artists such as Beyonce, Jay-Z, and Kanye West.
Swedish pop veteran Robyn, Irish alt-rockers Ash and Roc Nation singer Rita Ora have also been announced as openers.
The Odd Future-affiliated singer is also primed to play Coachella on April 13 and 20.
