BackstageOL and Netflix will be hosting a virtual advance screening of “The Ice Road” starring Liam Neeson, Laurence Fishburne, and Amber Midthunder.
After a remote diamond mine collapses in far northern Canada, a ‘big-rig’ ice road driver (Liam Neeson) must lead an impossible rescue mission over a frozen ocean to save the trapped miners. Contending with thawing waters and a massive storm, they discover the real threat is one they never saw coming.
The virtual screening will be held on Thursday, June 24th. Winners will receive a link at 2pm and will have until midnight before it expires. The screening does not require a Netflix subscription to view.
“The Ice Road” will be available to Netflix subscribers on Friday, June 25.
