Watch: Taylor Swift Dances With Viral-Video Star

After dancing to Taylor Swift’s hit single “Shake It Off”, 7-year-old Dylan Barnes’ video went viral and captured the attention of Ellen DeGeneres and the pop singer herself.

Swift posted on her Instagram a clip of the two dancing, writing, “Finally got to meet Dylan, the 7-year-old who passionately danced to Shake It Off on Ellen — and this happened.”

While on the comedian’s show, Barnes was gifted two tickets and backstage passes to Swift’s concert in Kansas City. DeGeneres said she hoped he would be able to go “backstage to meet Taylor”- and, well, he did that and more! The 25-year-old singer invited him into her dressing room, played her hit song (“Shake It Off”), and had a dance party with him.

Dylan’s mom, Mojdeh Barnes, thanked the megastar for making her son’s dreams come true. “Thank you @taylorswift13 for making #persianbigred dreams come true! You are a class act! #shakeitoff #TaylorSwift,” she tweeted.
