Taylor Swift’s ‘Red’ Sells 1.2 Million Copies

Taylor Swift’s new album Red, or more like platinum, sold 1.2 million copies during its first week of sales.  This is the largest sales week of any album in a decade.  Taylor Swift is the only female to have two albums ( Speak Now & Red) to sell more than 1 million albums in its first week.
