The music industry’s elite is pitching in to help those devastated by Typhoon Haiyan by releasing a compilation album titled Songs For The Philippines. The Beatles, Bob Dylan, U2, Eminem, One Direction, Katy Perry and dozens of other artists have all contributed songs for the 39-track albums.
Since the artists, record companies and publishers have all agreed to waive their fees, all proceeds from Songs For The Philippines will be donated to the Philippine Red Cross to aid the tens of thousands that have been effected by Typhoon Haiyan.
