RHCP first U.S. tour in four years begins in January

The Red Hot Chili Peppers have announced their first U.S. tour in more than four years. This will be the first time the group has toured the U.S. with guitarist Josh Klinghoffer. Klinghoffer replaced former guitarist John Frusciante back in 2009.
RHCP has been recently touring Europe on their tenth studio album, I’m With You. The first single on the album, “The Adventures of Raindance Maggie”, climbed to #1 on the US Billboard Alternative Songs chart.
After finishing their European tour in Madrid, Spain on December 17th, the group will take a break over the Christmas holiday. The Chili Peppers will regroup on January 25th in Charlotte, NC to begin the first leg of their 2012 U.S. tour.
