Pharrell Releases First 24-Hour Long Music Video

Pharrell Williams released a new record setting music video for his song “Happy” this week.  The song, which was featured on the Despicable Me 2 soundtrack, is the traditional 4-minute track, but the music video extends far beyond that, clocking out at an overwhelming 24-hours.  The video was conceived and directed by the group We Are From L.A. and produced by Iconoclast.  Odd Future, Steve Carrel, Tyler The Creator, Magic Johnson, and Jamie Foxx all make cameos in the video.

The world’s first 24-hour music video can be viewed at the website 24hoursofhappy.com.  On the site, you can switch between different times of the day and different channels showcasing different people strutting, dancing and doing other things happy people do. If you don’t have 24-hours to spare, get your four hour dose of “Happy” below.
