‘Now 51’ Projected to Top Billboard 200 Chart

Now 51, the latest release in the Now That’s What I Call Music! compilation series, is projected to top the Billboard 200 chart this week with 100,000 copies sold by Sunday, August 10th, the last day of tracking for the week.

The compilation album features 16 major current chart hits from today’s hottest artists, including 5 Seconds of Summer, Ariana Grande, Demi Lovato, Justin Timberlake, Katy Perry, Luke Bryan and more.

In addition, Now 51 features five free up-and-coming tracks from the “NOW What’s Next” music series.  These additional tracks showcase the talents of artists like A Great Big World, Jamie Scott, Jacob Latimore and more.

If Now 51 does become the next chart topper, it will become the 19th album in the series to do so.  The last compilation album in the Now series, Now 50, topped the charts with 153,000 copies sold in its first week, according to Nielsen Soundscan.

Additional debuts on the Billboard 200 this week include Godsmack’s 1000 HP, Spoons’ They Want My Soul and The Vamps Somebody To You EP.
