Justin Bieber gets bruised, battered and bloody in his gritty new spread for Complex Magazine. The young musician dishes about his success, his relationship with fellow pop star Selena Gomez and his feminine side in the magazine.

In the interview with Complex, Bieber says that hiding their relationship would be “unfair and unhealthy.”

“There’s no way to hide the relationship completely, because then it would be unfair to us,” he says, joking about the “James Bond” tactics necessary to dodge paparazzi and date in secret.

Bieber discusses his upcoming third studio album “Believe,” which he collaborated with Drake and Usher.

“People just need to take a chance and listen. If they don’t want to take a chance, then I don’t know,” Bieber tells Complex. “That’s going to be the biggest problem, to make them feel like it’s cool for them to like my music.”
