Some of the biggest stars in country music will be kicking off the year’s legendary sporting event!
Jason Aldean, Florida Georgie Line and Dierks Bentley are all scheduled to perform on January 31st at the US Airways Center, the evening before the Super Bowl XLIX takes over the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Arizona.
CBS Radio presents “The Night Before,” which is an annual concert that is held right before the two best teams in the National Football League square off for the championship.
“There’s no bigger sporting event than the Super Bowl, and what better way to celebrate the greatest championship in the world than with a star-studded concert event THE NIGHT BEFORE,” said Amy Stevens, Senior Vice President, Strategic Events and Partnerships. “We had an amazing inaugural show in 2014 with the Red Hot Chili Peppers in New York, and we’re thrilled to present the next installment in this emerging tradition with some of this generation’s greatest country acts.”
Bentley made the announcement about his involvement on Phoenix’s KMLE, a CBS Radio station, earlier this morning (Friday, December 12th), saying: “I’m excited to be part of a huge night in country music the night before the biggest event in sports… in my hometown! We’re about to take tailgating in Phoenix to a whole new level.”
Presale will begin on December 16th at 10 a.m. MST to December 17th at 10 p.m. MST, and on sale to the general public starting Friday, December 19th at 12 p.m. MST on Ticketmaster.
