Country star Jason Aldean had a not so lovely ‘under the sea’ moment as he got a $100 fine for swimming in dangerous conditions.
South Walton authorities in Grayton Beach,FL fined Jason along with 19 other people for swimming at a Florida Panhandle beach with double red flags posted up since Saturday. Lifeguards had ordered everyone to stay out of the waters because of the dangerous currents.
Jason got negative feedback from him fans when he tweeted “Dear officer who gave me a ticket on the beach today for swimming in the water with double red flags.. Thanx for the warning Barney Fife!” Aldean tweeted back apologizing saying that he was only joking.
