Britney Spears Back In the Recording Studio
Fans of the “Oops I Did It Again” singer listen up!
Just a week after her split with ex-boyfriend David Lucado, Britney Spears is mending her broken heart by throwing herself back into the studio to make new music.
On Thursday night (September 4th), the Queen of Pop took to Instagram to share a photo of herself in the studio wearing headphones next to a recording mic and holding up a peace sign.
Spears wrote alongside the image, “Studio today! Yay!”
While she has yet to confirm what exactly she is working on, it is possible that this could be a follow up album to her previous release Britney Jean. The lackluster 2013 album featured singles “Work B*tch” and “Perfume.”
Currently, the 32-year-old is performing her hit show in Las Vegas at the Planet Hollywood Hotel & Casino, where she has a two-year residency. Spears will wrap up her stay in February 2015.
