Adam Levine Launches New Record Label, Signs First Artist

Maroon 5 frontman and “The Voice” coach Adem Levine is launching his own record label, called 222. Matthew Morrison, best known as the character Will Schuester from “Glee,” is the first artist signed to the label.

“Starting my own label has been a long-time goal of mine, and I am thrilled to be at the point in my career where it is finally happening,” said Levine. “Great things are in store for Matthew with this release.”

“Adam and I share the same vision as we begin working on my record together,” added Morrison.

Morrison will released his second album on the label later this spring.
