Another rapper is once again in trouble with the law.
A$AP Rocky was walking through a crowd of his fans this past Labor Day weekend at the Made In America festival in Philadelphia when he allegedly assaulted a woman in the crowd.
A$AP Rocky was dancing in the crowd when fans began to tug on his shirt. He tried to wave off fans with his hand when he hit a fan, described as a young mom, with an open-handed slap. She is claiming that Rocky hit her with so much force she suffered from whiplash. He was charged with a misdemeanor assault for hitting the woman.
This isn’t the first time that Rocky has faced assault charges, he was charged after an altercation with photographers in 2012 and again when he tried to defuse a brawl at SXSW.
The Made In America tour featured headliners Beyonce and her sister, Solange, along with DeadMau5, Imagine Dragons, Calvin Harris, Macklemore, and more.
