The nominees for the 64th Grammy Awards were announced on Tuesday, for the event that will take place on Jan. 31 in Los Angeles. Justin Bieber, Billie Eilish and Doja Cat were some of the recurring names among the 86 categories.

The award of Song of the Year is up for grabs by chart-toppers like Olivia Rodrigo’s “drivers license,” Billie Eilish’s “Happier Than Ever,” Lil Nas X’s “Montero (Call Me By Your Name),” Justin Bieber, Daniel Caesar and Giveon’s “Peaches,” Doja Cat and SZA’s “Kiss Me More” and others.
Competing for Album of the Year are the works of worldly-known artists, including Kanye West (Donda), Taylor Swift (Evermore), Justin Bieber (Justice – Triple Chucks Deluxe), Lil Nas X (Montero), Billie Eilish (Happier Than Ever) and more.
The nominees for Best New Artists are Arooj Aftab, Jimmie Allen, Baby Keem, FINNEAS, Glass Animals, Japanese Breakfast, The Kid LAROI, Arlo Parks, Olivia Rodrigo and Saweetie.
This year’s Grammys will be different. The Recording Academy announced a series of changes in its voting process following The Weeknd’s boycott due to the exclusive councils of voters that chose the nominees. The award show will also have two new categories: Best Global Music Performance and Best Música Urbana Album.
