Trying to find highlights in Zack Snyder’s Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice from earlier this year, you have Ben Affleck as Bruce Wayne and Batman, quite possibly the best of both characters we’ve ever had on screen. We also had Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman. Having received internet flack by way of message boards and faceless comments after the casting announcement was made by Warner Bros., by the end of Dawn of Justice she had DC fanboys clamoring for more of the Amazonian princess.
Well more they will get when Wonder Woman makes its bow in theaters on June 2, 2017. The studio has unveiled a new trailer with plenty of skirmishes and slow-motion action. Not bad for a woman disguised as a secretary – albeit a very good one.
Directed by Patty Jenkins, Wonder Woman also stars Chris Pine, Connie Nielson, Robin Wright, Lisa Loven Kingsli, and Lucy Davis. Check out the trailer below.
