The first full trailer for Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them is here!
Based on J.K. Rowling’s 2001 novel of the same name, the trailer debuted at the MTV Movie Awards on Sunday. Starring Oscar winner Eddie Redmayne as Newt Scamander, the clip gives viewers a deeper look at 1920s New York and the new magical world of wizardry. Fantastic Beasts also stars Dan Fogler, Katherine Waterston, Alison Sudol, Ezra Miller and Colin Farrell. Harry Potter’s David Yates is directing.

“You’re an interesting man, Mr. Scamander. Like your suitcase, I think there’s much more to you than meets the eye,” Farrell’s character Percival Graves says in voiceover.
Warner Bros. and Rowling have both announced that Fantastic Beasts is the first film in what will be “at least” a trilogy. Sequels are tentatively scheduled for 2018 and 2020.
