Ed Helms and Owen Wilson’s comedy Bastards has released its first trailer!
The film, starring the duo, is about two brothers whose mother Helen Baxter (played by Glenn Close), confesses that she’s lied about the truth of their father. “I’m not sure who your father was,” she admits.
After the revelation, Helms and Wilson’s characters set forth on a road trip to find their real father – who they believe could be former NFL quarterback Terry Bradshaw (playing himself) or Roland Hunt (played by J.K. Simmons).
“Talk about a blast from the past,” Bradshaw responds. “She damn near cost us the Super Bowl.”
The R-rated comedy Bastards – which also stars Ving Rhames, June Squibb, Katie Aselton and Katt Williams – is scheduled to his theaters on January 27th from Warner Bros.
