Watch: ‘Batman v Superman’ Meets ‘Bridget Jones’
Just days before April Fool’s Day, Jimmy Kimmel Live debuted an epic spoof trailer, which combined scenes from Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and the upcoming Bridget Jones’s Baby.
The mash-up clip, titled Batman & Superman v Bridget Jones, creates a story in which Renee Zellweger’s character is unsure whether Batman (Ben Affleck) or Superman (Henry Cavill) is the father of her unborn child.
“Is she with you?” Superman asks Batman, who responds, “I thought she was with you.”
After debuting last Friday, Batman v Superman earned a record-breaking $170.1 million domestically and $424.1 million globally during its opening weekend. Bridget Jones’s Baby, the third installment in the saga, hits theaters September 16th.
