Twilight Remains A Box Office Giant

Summit Entertainment scored $141 million opening weekend in the U.S. and scoring another $200 million abroad for the end of the Twilight Saga with the release of Breaking Dawn Part 2.

This last installment of the Twilight series is this year’s fourth largest opening weekend after The Avengers, The Dark Knight Rises, and The Hunger Games.

With the holidays around the corner, a large number of fans are still expected to watch Breaking Dawn Part 2 this Thanksgiving weekend. Twilight will remain a box office giant to the very end.
