Tom Hiddleston Sings in First Clip from ‘I Saw the Light’
British actor Tom Hiddleston shared the first clip from the upcoming Hank Williams biopic I Saw the Light on Twitter Thursday.
The clip shows Hiddleston, who is playing Williams, singing the country legend’s first major country hit “Move It On Over.” It also shows a snippet of Elizabeth Olsen, who portrays Williams’ wife Audrey Mae.

I Saw the Light will have its world premiere Friday, September 11th at the Toronto International Film Festival. The film, written and directed by Marc Abraham, is based on Colin Escott’s 1994 biography and will show Williams’ rise to fame as well as his battles with alcohol and drugs. David Krumholtz, Bradley Whitford, and Cherry Jones will also star in the film.
I Saw the Light hits theatres November 27th.
