Robert Pattinson is considering playing the role of James Bond in about 20 years.

Robert wants to consider playing the iconic role of James Bond, but after two decades worth of acting experience he said. Pattinson mentioned ” There’d be nothing worse than like ‘Lets get a fresh-faced Bond!’ That would be the worst idea in the world”. Pattinson also mentioned he doesn’t want to be seen as some ridiculous “young posh kid” trying to jump into the iconic Bond role.
Robert mentioned that to play the Bond role after Daniel Craig, he would probably have to start a scene with one arm or be tortured in the first few scenes. The 26-year old mentioned to The Sun “I’ve suddenly become conscious of being unhealthy” as he gets older and wants to make up for living like a degenerate for the past 10 years.
As for now you can catch Robert in his new movie which Robert defines as “ridiculous” called ‘Cosmopolis’. The movie’s estimated U.S. release is August 2012.
