It’s time for Twilight Breaking Dawn: Part II director Bill Condon to film reshoots for the upcoming romantic fantasy film. But there is a problem. Star Robert Pattinson has shaved ALL of his hair off!
Apparently “Robert didn’t think cutting off his locks would be such a big deal,” a source told The Sun newspaper. Thanks to the help of Hollywood’s best costume and makeup designers “the wig looks brilliant and nobody will notice.”
Therefore, the good news it that the shaved head will not effect the look of the upcoming film in any way.
Director Bill Condon announced that the reshoots will not include any “new scenes or dialogue.”
The Twilight filmmaker posted on Facebook:
“A film is a lot like a puzzle, with each piece – each shot, no matter how brief – needing to fit exactly with the ones around it. Our Part Two puzzle is finally coming into full view, and in a few weeks we’ll be heading back north to pick up some additional shots – the last tiny missing pieces.
We’re not shooting any new scenes or dialogue, just some technical work with some of our cast and stunt actors.
I am really looking forward to being back on set with some of the friends I’ve made on my Twilight journey, like the great Guillermo Navarro, our cinematographer, and his crew. And yes, Rob and Kristen will be there too, to pop in those gold contacts one last time.”
Twilight: Breaking Dawn Part II will open in theaters November 16, 2012.
