Lindsay Lohan is trying to make a come back to the acting world! Lifetime announced on Monday that she has signed on to play Elizabeth Taylor in a Lifetime film.
“Liz & Dick” will chronicle the late actresses love affair with actor Richard Burton. The production is set to begin in early June.
Taylor and Burton met as co-stars of the 1963 epic Cleopatra. They fell in love as the world looked on, left their respective spouses and got married. They then divorced, only to remarry and divorce again.
There was no mention of who will play Burton or when the film will air.
