Liam Neeson’s ‘Non-Stop’ Soars to Top of Box Office
Universal’s latest action thriller Non-Stop brought in an estimated $30 million during its opening weekend, taking the number one spot at this weekends box office.
At number two, the biblical biopic Son of God opened strong, bringing in $26.5 million and receiving a score of an A- from Cinemascore.com.
After three consecutive weeks at number one and being the first film of 2014 to pass $200 million, The LEGO Movie is down to number three with $21 million.
George Clooney’s historical film ,The Monuments Men ,moved up to number four, but with number significantly lower than the top three with $5 million.
Dropping by 60%, 3 Days to Kill came in at number five with $4.9 million in its second week.
