X-Men’s Hugh Jackman has released the first image from the upcoming Wolverine sequel, which marks as Jackman’s last time playing Marvel’s clawed superhero.
The actor posted on his Twitter and Instagram asking his fans what they wanted to see happen in the film using the hashtag #OneLastTime. “My last time putting on the claws,” said Jackman in his post. “What do you want to see happen? 50 words or less. I’ll read as many as I can.”
Earlier this month at Comic-Con, Jackman hinted during the 20th Century Fox panel that Mark Millar and Steven McNiven’s popular “Old Man Logan” storyline may factor into the new film.
Director James Mangold will return to helm the untitled Wolverine sequel, which hits theaters on March 3rd, 2017, following the 2016 X-Men universe films Deadpool, X-Men: Apocalypse and Gambit, arriving February 15th, May 27th and October 7th, respectively.
