How to View Everything You’ve Watched on Amazon & Netflix

Ever found yourself struggling to remember if you’ve already streamed a certain movie? Maybe there was a great movie you randomly discovered online, and you can’t remember the title. Perhaps you really want to figure how many hours of your life you’ve spent binge-watching TV shows online.

There’s actually a way to pull up your viewing history for both Netflix and Amazon! Matt Brian of Engadget revealed the ways you can pull your history.

How to View What You’ve Watched on Netflix

First, login to your Netflix account at www.netflix.com and click on your profile. Then hover your mouse over your profile picture or account name to bring up the menu, and click on “Your Account.” Scroll down to the bottom of the page to the section where it says “My Profile” and select “Viewing activity” from the list of items to bring up the list.

You can also simply go to www.netflix.com/viewingactivity.

The site allows you to see everything you’ve streamed, unless the show or movie was removed from the site. You can also delete items from the list or report a problem with them.

How to View What You’ve Watched on Amazon Video

After logging into your account at www.amazon.com, click on “Your Account” near the top of the page. Then scroll down to the “Personalization” section. From the list of items, select “Improve Your Recommendations.” Then, on the left side of the page, click “Videos you’ve watched” from the menu.

You can also go to this link.

Here, you can rate each item out of five stars and indicate if Amazon shouldn’t use that film or TV show to give you recommendations.
