Actress Halle Berry was rushed to the hospital Tuesday night after an on set accident.
The 45-year old actress was injured on the set for her new movie “The Hive” ,when she hit her head on the concrete floor. Berry was rushed to Cedars Sinai Medical Center at 10 p.m by ambulance. Berry’s rep reports “Halle Berry suffered a minor head injury while shooting a fight sequence on the set of her film, The Hive. She was taken to the hospital as a precaution, but she checked out healthy and was released, she will continue production as planned.” The set was shut down after the accident.
“The Hive” costars Abigail Breslin who plays the role of a young girl that Berry’s character has to save in this thriller. This is not the first time Halle has been injured on set. Just last year in Spain while filming “Cloud Atlas” the actress broke her foot on set. She also broke her arm when filming “Gothika” and was hospitalized for it back in 2004. Halle also suffered an eye injury during a shooting for the James Bond film “Die Another Day” back in 2002 , and got smacked in the head with a lighting prop on the set while filming “Catwoman”
Former “Catwoman” definitely lives nine lives.
