Halle Berry is set to return as Storm in the upcoming film X-Men: Days Of Future Past.
Bryan Singer officially announced the news via Twitter saying: “Couldn’t be more excited that #HalleBerry has joined the cast of #XMen #DaysofFuturePast. Hopefully she can improve the weather in Montreal.”
The film will focus on The X-Men who must travel in time in order to change a major historical event that could globally impact the future of man and mutant kind.
Halle Berry joins a gang of original-trilogy cast-mates that includes Patrick Stewart, Ian McKellan, Hugh Jackman, Ellen Page, Shawn Ashmore, and Anna Paquin. Academy Award winner Jennifer Lawrence will play the role of Raven/Mystique according to IMDb.
X-Men: Days Of Future Past is in pre-production and is scheduled to start filming in April.
The film is set to be released on July 18, 2014.
