The first teaser for Sony’s Ghostbusters reboot is here!
The video was released on Valentine’s Day (aka February 14th – the same day that the world was expected to come to an end, according to Ghostbusters II). While the new teaser trailer doesn’t give us any footage with the main stars Abby Yates (Melissa McCarthy), Erin Gilbert (Kristen Wiig), Jillian Holtzmann (Kate McKinnon), and Patty Tolan (Leslie Jones), it does show some scenes from the upcoming film, including shots of New York City and speeding cop cars.
The 28-second teaser asks the most important question (“Who you gonna call?”) and reveals the date for the first official trailer, which is set to release on March 3rd.
Director Paul Feig’s Ghostbusters hits theaters on July 15th.
