First Look at Joseph Gordon-Levitt as Edward Snowden

Joseph Gordon-Levitt is currently busy filming Snowden, Oliver Stone’s upcoming biopic about Edward Snowden and his life before he leaked information about the government’s surveillance programs. The actor provided a first look at him in the role on Facebook and discussed the first day of shooting:

Snowden is currently shooting in Munich. The film also stars Shailene Woodley, Melissa Leo, Timothy Olyphant, Zachary Quinto, Tom Wilkinson, Rhys Ifans, Nicolas Cage, Joely Richardson, and Scott Eastwood. It is slated to hit theaters December 25, 2015.
