Continuing a series of Twitter updates from the set of director Brett Ratner’s Hercules: The Thracian Wars, actor Dwayne Johnson has tweeted yet another exclusive from the movie’s production site. Johnson, who will star as the Greek hero in the upcoming film, revealed this morning (July 9) via Twitter the helmet he’ll be seen wearing in the action film.
On Sunday (July 7), the actor posted a photo praising award-winning production designer Jean-Vincent Puzos for his work on the Hercules set.
The film is based on a popular graphic novel by the same name, and is currently being shot in Budapest, Hungary. The cast includes Ian McShane, John Hurt, Joseph Fiennes and Rebecca Ferguson.
Paramount has set a release date of August 8, 2014.
